# Errors

> Every error uses the same format.

Use `code` in your own logic, because `message` may change. If you contact us about a failed request, include the `request_id`. It's also in the `X-Request-Id` header of every response.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `400` | The request is invalid. `param` names the field, where there is one. |
| `401` | The credentials are missing, invalid, expired or revoked. |
| `402` | Not enough credits: `insufficient_credits`. |
| `403` | The credentials are valid but not allowed to do this, for example `missing_scope`, `scope_escalation`, `email_not_verified`, `organization_suspended` or `origin_not_allowed`. |
| `404` | The resource doesn't exist in your organization. |
| `409` | The request conflicts with the current state, for example `last_owner` or `key_revoked`. |
| `411` | An upload has no `Content-Length` header. |
| `413` | The audio is too large or too long: `file_too_large` or `audio_too_long`. |
| `415` | The audio type isn't supported. |
| `422` | The audio has no speech or can't be read: `no_speech` or `unreadable_audio`. |
| `429` | Too many attempts. Try again later. |
| `500` | Something went wrong on our side. |
| `503` | The models are busy or unavailable: `model_busy` or `model_unavailable`. Nothing is charged, so try again shortly. |
